Exchange an item
If you want to exchange your item, you can do so by contacting us on our site, by email and / or by phone.
To exchange an item, follow these steps:
Check that the article offers the exchange option.
If the item you wish to return does not offer the exchange option, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item in exchange.
Communicate to us the number of the order you wish to return, the code and reference of the item as well as the quantity to be returned.
After acceptance, a return number will be communicated to you by e-mail.
An exchange order, with the same delivery speed as the original order, will be created. You can use the return number provided to you to return the original item to us. You will need to return the original item to us within 30 days to avoid being charged for the original item and the exchange item.
Note: If you exchange your article for the same article and the price of this one increased, we take care of the difference in price.
In case the price of the new item is higher, you will be charged the difference.
If, on the other hand, the price of the item you wish to receive in exchange is lower, we will reimburse you for the difference.
